You must request returns and notify us of defective or damaged items within 30 days of the items’ ship date.
Defective Items. Massage Tools is an authorized dealer for all our products, so your purchases are covered by manufacturer warranty. If you receive a defective item, please contact Customer Service and we will help you obtain a replacement, repair, or refund from the manufacturer.
Damaged Items. If the item was damaged during shipment, please notify us immediately, send us photos of the damage, and keep the original shipping materials. We will provide a replacement or refund for items damaged in transit.
Non-Defective Items (Elective Returns). If you wish to return a non-defective item, you must first obtain a return authorization from our Customer Service department. Refunds will only be issued for items that are returned in their original packaging and remain in new, resalable condition. For returns of liquid products such as oils, lotions, and creams, containers must remain sealed and unopened. We will provide shipping labels for approved returns, but the cost of both original and return shipping will be deducted from your refund. A 20% restocking fee also applies to all returns of non-defective merchandise.
Exclusions. We do not accept returns for the following items:

- Disposable Towels
- Massage Recliners & Chairs
- Facial Machines & Steamers
- Oakworks Products
Cancellations. If you need to cancel your order, please contact Customer Service immediately. We can usually process order cancellations within 1 business day of your original order.
