Small Parcel Shipments

How To Cancel or Change an Order
We work hard to ensure that the product(s) you order from Massage Tools are the right fit for your needs and your budget. However, we recognize that on occasion you must cancel or change an order. Many orders leave our warehouse within 24 hours, so it is sometimes impossible to stop your order from shipping. When Will My Credit Card be Charged?
If you place your order with a credit card, you will only be charged for your items once a Massage Tools customer service team member has reviewed and processed your order. If you place your order with PayPal, your order will be charged at the time of purchase.
