For your convenience we provide a Shipping Calculator on the item page, shopping cart page and during final checkout. Our calculator is smart and can tell you your exact shipping cost based on dimensional weight, item location and ship-to zipcode.
For a domestic shipping estimate, please enter items in your shopping cart and use our Shipping Calculator. You will get both the cost and an estimated date of arrival. This arrival date is based on various factors including standard manufacturer lead times for certain items. If you ever need something by a certain time or an exact date, please call our customer service desk so we can verify product availability and time in transit. We also recommend you enter any special requirements in the comments box during checkout. Yes, we do look at this!
Our Shipping Calculator will even provide the cost to ship many items to Canada. Please note that any quotes provided are for shipping costs only and do not include tax, duty or brokerage fees. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. UPS and other common carriers will often act as the broker to clear packages through customs. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay these fee when presented by the broker or customs agent.
There are certain items where we will need to get custom shipping or freight quotes. In this case you will see a message during checkout stating "International Shipping Quote Required". At this point you can choose to complete the transaction or call customer service for a quote prior to completing the order. If you do proceed, your order will automatically be placed on hold, pending your shipping quote. You will receive an e-mail with the shipping costs, at which time you can approve and proceed or cancel the order with no charges whatsoever.
When will my order ship?
Most orders for in-stock items received by Noon EST (Monday - Friday) will usually ship within 24-48 hours. Shipping method may be FedEx, UPS or USPS(unless otherwise selected) to all destinations in the U.S. (including Alaska and Hawaii - rate may vary). Drop Ship items may take longer, but our Shipping Calculator will provide an ETA based on the specific product lead times. All packages may ship "signature required" - someone must be present at the time of delivery. We reserve the right to choose the appropriate carrier based on customer needs, cost and delivery schedules.
Ground Parcels reach most US destinations within 6 business days of shipment and includes tracking information. Depending on weather conditions and your location, your delivery may take slightly longer. We are not responsible for weather delays. If you need something quicker, please choose one of our expedited shipping methods and refer to the ETA provided. If it's a urgent situation, please call us ahead of time so we can verify product availability and time in transit.
Do you ship to a PO Box or APO/FPO?
Common carriers like UPS and FedEx do not ship to PO boxes. We do offer USPS shipping options on eligible items. If you want something delivered to a PO box and do not see the option to ship via US Mail, please contact customer service to see if we can accommodate your request.
We also offer US Mail options for our friends in Puerto Rico and other US territories.
Larger items like spa tables and electric massage tables will ship via freight carriers due to the size and weight of these items. We offer several options during checkout.
Curbside Ground • Delivery will be via truck. • Liftgate provided if necessary to take freight down off truck. • Freight will be delivered curbside. Customer is responsible for bringing the item inside the location.
Inside Ground • Delivery will be via truck. • Liftgate provided if necessary to take freight down off truck. • Freight will be delivered inside through the front door on the ground floor only. • Does not include delivery into a specific room. • Does not include uncrating or removal of debris.
White Glove • Delivery will be via truck. • Liftgate provided if necessary to take freight down off truck. • Freight will be delivered inside on the ground floor only to room of choice. • Delivery will include uncrating and removal of debris.
We ask the shipping company to call ahead and notify all customers prior to delivery. However, we do provide tracking and carrier information and suggest you track and contact the carrier if you are not going to be available during certain times.
