Freight Shipping.
Items that weigh more than 100 pounds ship via freight carrier. Freight items ship in a large box
secured to a pallet. The freight carrier will call you by phone several days before your order arrives to schedule a
delivery window that works for you. If you need your order to be delivered on a specific day or time, you can specify
that window when the carrier contacts you.
Ground Curbside Delivery ($195).
The carrier delivers your order to the curb of the shipping destination. You must
arrange to bring your order inside. Two people and a furniture dolly can transport most single-item pallets.
Inside Ground Delivery ($295).
The carrier delivers your order inside the front entrance of the shipping destination.
This service does not include delivery to a specific room or unpacking.
White Glove Delivery ($595).
Turnkey delivery. The carrier delivers your order to a room of your choice, unpacks the
items, and removes the packing materials and pallet.

The Custom Craftworks Deluxe adjustable face rest base is popular for its range of motion. It has a pair of 1.91cm-diameter dowels that insert into the center outlet holes. It only works on tables with face rest holes that are 9 inches apart.
The face rest adds about 9 inches to the total length of your Custom Craftworks massage table. It elevates about 2 inches above the table. The range of adjustment is 4 inches to 6 inches. Among the American-made Custom Craftworks tables that will accommodate this face rest are the Oregon company's Athena, Elegance, Elegance Pro, Hands Free, Majestic, McKenzie and Omni models. The face rest is 15 inches long, 10.5 inches long and 4.5 inches high from the insert holes on your table. It weights 1.7 pounds and carries a one-year warranty.
