The versatile Custom Craftworks 9-inch pivot Posi-Tilt face rest base for your massage table will allow you easier access with its multiple positions for neck and shoulder muscles and as a gentle stretcher. Just use the simple lever to adjust this Posi-Tilt face rest base now on sale at MassageTools. It's handcrafted in Oregon for American-made Custom Craftworks massage tables. It lowers, raises and pivots 30 degrees left or right.

This base will fit massage tables with face rest holes that are 9 inches apart, including Custom Craftworks-made Athena, Elegance, Elegance Pro, Feldenkrais, Hands Free, Majestic and McKenzie tables. It's 17 inches long, 10.5 inches wide and 4.5 inches high. The face rest weighs 2.3 pounds. This custom massage table face rest carries a one-year warranty.

To ensure proper fit: At the head of your massage table, measure the distance from the center of the left face rest hole to the center of the right face rest hole. Please call us if you need additional assistance.
