Shipping Options
Freight Shipping.
Items that weigh more than 100 pounds ship via freight carrier. Freight items ship in a large box
secured to a pallet. The freight carrier will call you by phone several days before your order arrives to schedule a
delivery window that works for you. If you need your order to be delivered on a specific day or time, you can specify
that window when the carrier contacts you.
Ground Curbside Delivery ($195).
The carrier delivers your order to the curb of the shipping destination. You must
arrange to bring your order inside. Two people and a furniture dolly can transport most single-item pallets.
Inside Ground Delivery ($295).
The carrier delivers your order inside the front entrance of the shipping destination.
This service does not include delivery to a specific room or unpacking.
White Glove Delivery ($595).
Turnkey delivery. The carrier delivers your order to a room of your choice, unpacks the
items, and removes the packing materials and pallet.

We want you to feel comfortable knowing that you're purchasing your products at the best possible price.
If you see the item advertised somewhere else for less, please contact us prior to placing your order and
we will match most delivered prices on the same item in the continental US. In most cases we already sell
at the lowest possible price, so you don't have to shop around. We do not price match auction sites or
dealers that violate MAP.
