Construction, Ergonomics & Maintenance
The seat, backrest, and armrests feature a multi-layer foam core—combining a high-firmness base support layer with a low-hardness top comfort layer—upholstered in medical-grade microfiber leather. To maintain clinical hygiene standards between patient visits, the cushion assembly is completely detachable to facilitate direct surface sanitization.
Warranty
Warranty: 2 Year Limited Warranty on Motors and Electronics. Note: 3-Year Warranty upgrade covers motors, electronics, and controls only.
During the limited warranty period, if a covered component fails due to normal use, we will replace the component free of charge and provide instructions on how to install it. Due to variations in frequency and intensity of use and cleaning methodology, the upholstery of these products is not covered under warranty. To maximize longevity, we recommend cleaning these products' upholstery with only mild soap and warm water.
